The discipline. The Plateau Comb review landed the comb as TERRITORIAL: present on the archived comb ground (cells 6,246,416..14,115,343), absent on 14,115,344..20,409,871 — its edges, right AND left, unlocated. His word opened the door. THIS INSTRUMENT WALKS ONLY ARCHIVED GROUND — the programme’s first: no fresh cell is consumed (the transect ends beneath the deepest consumed cell; the last 342,759 consumed cells are unswept, disclosed), and BEFORE ANY LOOK binds THE NEW MEASUREMENTS — the transect’s bases are a fresh uniform grid distinct from every elder instrument’s, and no transect window is computed before its wave’s registration; the archived rows motivating every bet are PUBLIC and disclosed. THE TRANSECT: 51 bins × 64 L=32 segments (bin span 393,472 cells) from base 40 to cell 20,067,112 — THE WHOLE MEASURED LINE at one geometry, every bin carrying ITS OWN local plateau control (deep offsets 9..31 minus the comb). THE REGIONS, frozen from public bounds: EARLY bins 1..15 (ground never measured at this geometry) · PRE bins 17..35 (the archived comb’s ground) · POST bins 37..51 (the archived plateau ground); straddlers 16 and 36 excluded from every regional knife, carried in the census. FULLY DETERMINISTIC — NO RNG ANYWHERE: a run is pure computation, reproducible from its registration alone (the discipline twice proven by replica at ZERO differences).
