The Inner Circle — send, catch and hold on his page's lines; the time to structure; the health of each being

What this instrument is, and his word it was built for
I'm currently interested in the dynamic covered from the 11 point triangle, which I thing would be an instrument to build in such a way as that I can calibrate it by computing the time to structure that resolves over the signed versus unsigned access within the 11 point triangle that is defined by the connection of K prior to A for values that can solve for k = −2H − 3A. I would like to make this a visually charted 2D plane where the caudal 'step' originates at A as 1 step from A to B, tc. … I believe this should be possible to 'fix' as the baseline of the 6 pointed triangle from the handwritten note I titled "The Inner Circle". What I am expecting is that the 'send' and 'catch' should be possible by timing holds at each of the A to F positions, and timing the 'send' as the speed that will maximize the rate of stable holds and carries so that for every catch, hold, and send each node is self referentially 'stable'. To observe and be observed is to 'be'. As such, the calibrating tool should visually indicate the health of each localized 'being' from A to F.

As the house reads it. The six seats A to F and the fifteen lines are his page's, nothing added: A's five held, pro causal, B's and C's four held lines, three back-propagating negotiations and three pending negotiations (the dotted lines) that wait on A's prior terms with D and then E. The geometry is Morley's, his word: the inner triangle A, B, C is the Morley triangle of the outer D, E, F, and the outer is the triangle whose Morley vertex A has its routes to D, E, F nearest the page's 2, 3, 5 with the inner side as the unit; the lines' units are the fifteen routes declared to a thousandth of a step, the signs the page's. His own figure, with C to D at √7, is the second setting of the geometry dial. Both are turned by his ninth text: A at the origin, A's longest route to F toward the direction equidistant between G and K, D toward the lower left where F stood, E the next seat clockwise — a rigid turn, every length kept. A carry is sent along a line, caught at a seat whose register is free, held for the seat's hold, and at the hold's end the seat sends — its held lines and the negotiations whose prior is complete after a held catch, its mirror after a negotiation's catch. A walks its five once from a self-catch at 0, one per hold, in the page's order. Under signed access a seat has two registers (SRAM for held lines, DRAM for negotiations); under unsigned access it has one. The priors G to K, his sixth text, built at his eighth: "points within the pre measurement and pre-spacetime … the causal priors of a 'then and there' agreement between A and each of the B, C, D, E and F", one to each of A's held lines in the page's order, equidistant about A every 60° with A's own sector empty; no hold and no register, holding from the first instant; A's lines travel by their priors and arrive at the page's set distances (the Morley distances "slip outside time and space"); a line a prior holds that is dropped at its head is sent again by the prior to arrive at the instant the head's register is released; G holds B's onward lines too, so a dropped B to C is sent again at C's release. The priors come alive with k from 7 to 11; the measures stand as they were and a prior's own catch and send are not measured. The time to structure is the first instant at which every lit line has been caught once; the rate is catches per tick, swept over the send speed to mark v*; the health of a being is the fraction of its catches and sends that were stable — stable is exactly 1. Every instant of a run is a + b√7 sub-ticks, twelve thousand to the tick, ordered exactly. Every rule the house chose is a clarification below, his to correct. No physics.

The structure — each line's first catch, signed against unsigned

One time axis in ticks; a gold mark where the line was first caught under signed access, a magenta mark under unsigned; an open mark at the right edge where a line was never caught within the run. The vertical rules are τ, the time to structure, under each access. The three pending lines are named.

The calibration — the rate against the send speed, and a uniform hold against the speed

Left: the rate of stable holds and carries (catches per tick) at the dialled holds, over the speed menu — 1/4 to 12, then 13 to 21 by ones — under signed (gold) and unsigned (magenta) access; v* is ringed. Right: the rate under signed access for a uniform hold from 1 to 12 against the speed menu, at a run of at most 256 ticks; the dialled cell is outlined where the holds are uniform.

The lines — his page, restated

The page's fifteen lines in the page's order, with the unit as written, the unit the geometry gives, the distance the line travels (the set distance where a prior carries it), the prior that holds it, the kind the house read, the prior line a negotiation waits on, and under the access the plane shows: the first catch (exact, with a decimal where √7 enters), the catches, the drops and the re-sends by the prior in this run.

The beings — the health of each seat

For each seat under each access: arrivals, catches and drops at the seat; sends from it, caught and missed (a prior's re-send counts as the tail's send); the health as an exact fraction; and whether it was self-referentially stable — exactly 1 — over the run. The priors are not measured.

The clarifications — the house's candidates, his to correct

  • IC-C1 · the name. The Inner Circle, oxexp-inner-circle, /contrib/inner-circle — a working name from his own title; his to give.
  • IC-C2 · the step. The page's units as step lengths from A, one step at speed 1 one tick; or the walk A → B → C → … of unit steps.
  • IC-C3 · the placing. His word: the Morley geometry (IC-C15); his figure the second setting.
  • IC-C4 · the catch rule. One hold per register; an arrival at a held slot dropped, no queue; the hold as the negotiation; the sends at the hold's end.
  • IC-C5 · signed and unsigned access as two registers against one.
  • IC-C6 · the mirror. A negotiation caught refreshes by sending the held line of the same pair reversed where the page has one; D and E send nothing.
  • IC-C7 · the pending unit of C → D. His answer: √7, "−(square root of 7), not −7" — the page's setting carries it exactly; under Morley the route reads 2.100.
  • IC-C8 · the origin's walk. A's five once, in order, one per hold, from a self-catch at 0; then only its mirrors — and, with a prior alive, the prior's send again.
  • IC-C9 · health and stability. The fraction of a seat's catches and sends that were stable; stable as exactly 1; the colours for the eye only.
  • IC-C10 · the time to structure and the rate. τ the first instant at which every lit line is caught once; R catches per tick; v* the first greatest R under signed access.
  • IC-C11 · G to K. His word: the priors (IC-C15 to IC-C24), built.
  • IC-C12 · "the speed". The transit speed along the step; or the pace of A's origination (here h_A); or both.
  • IC-C13 · 36 ticks per second by K. A playback rate on this face now; what else the rate is to be on the record is his.
  • IC-C14 · his document on the G to K stage. Reviewed in chat, not ingressed; whether its possibilities enter the design's §7 is his.
  • IC-C15 · the geometry. His answer: "Follow Morley … the signed access retained … C to D is negative because a hold comes from A to C then returns 'back' toward A but on the angle to D." Built as the baseline.
  • IC-C16 · the assignment of B and C. The picture's placement built — B toward E, C toward F; the swapped assignment kept on the record. His.
  • IC-C17 · the origin's dropped line. Answered by the priors: with its prior alive, a dropped held line of A's (or of B's onward lines) is sent again to arrive at the head's release.
  • IC-C18 · the priors' distance. Built as the farthest of A's routes in the geometry's unit (A → F: 5.016 under Morley, 5 on the page); the circumradius or a length he names are his alternatives.
  • IC-C19 · the pairing. Built in the page's order: G to A → B, H to A → C, I to A → D, J to A → E, K to A → F; "K prior to A" the last, joined back to A.
  • IC-C20 · the sixth sector. Built empty at 330° about A, the priors at 30°, 90°, 150°, 210°, 270°; which direction it faces, and what "the Computably Unknowable Limit to 'Light'" is on the record, his; the sketch's transcription his to correct.
  • IC-C21 · the slip. Built: A's held lines by their priors travel the page's set distances, the Morley routes on the plane, the difference the hop's untimed slip; B's and C's lines keep the geometry's units.
  • IC-C22 · the send at the catch. Built: a prior holds from the first instant, A's send by it arrives at the set distance, and a dropped line is sent again to arrive at the head's release — as his eighth text names it for B to C.
  • IC-C23 · entanglement on the record. Whether a prior that releases at the catch is W1, the entanglement register, and whether the five priors are the "5 sub spacetime held agreements" of his fourteenth text. His.
  • IC-C24 · the measures with the priors. His word: as they stand — a prior's own catch and send are not measured; its re-send counts as the tail's send. What "closes the observer referential system" is on the record, his.
  • IC-C25 · the inner circle's collision. His word: G holds B's onward lines, so a dropped B to C is sent again at C's release. Built.
  • IC-C26 · B's negotiations. G holds B's onward held lines (B → C, B → D, B → F) and not B's negotiations (B → A, B → E); at the eleven's unit baseline under signed access B → E is the line never caught (B → A too under unsigned). Whether G holds them too is his.
  • IC-C27 · the order at one instant. When a prior's re-send and another line arrive at a release instant together, the page's order decides and A's lines go first; whether a prior's send takes precedence is his.
  • IC-C28 · the turn of the plane. His ninth text read as a rigid turn about A under both geometries: F toward 330° exactly, the direction equidistant between G and K; the figure mirrored so A's routes run D, E, F clockwise, D at the lower left where F stood, E the apex; every length kept. The alternatives on the record: D pinned exactly where F stood (F then at 304°); F drawn at the set distance 5; the page's figure left as drawn; the priors re-paired by direction. F stands on the priors' circle at the hexagon's sixth vertex, A's own sector — drawn, read into nothing. His.
  • IC-C29 · what a prior consumes. His tenth text: "No matter how far G to K actually are in this diagram, they only take consume 1 step but as a 5 bit background to the 6 'spacetime' nodes." As built, a prior's hop is not timed and A's line by its prior travels the page's set distance (1, 1, 2, 3, 5). The house's candidate reading, computed beside and not built: every line a prior carries from A in flight exactly one step — at the eleven's unit holds under Morley the structure then closes under signed access (τ 11.908 at speed 1; 5.384 at 18) where as built it does not. Whether the five priors are the five bits behind the six seats on the record, and what one step is to a prior's carry, is his.
  • IC-C30 · the eighteen and the twenty-one. His tenth text: 18 steps per tick as "the true 'speed' of computational dynamics", "equivalent to 2 locks one, where 2 up is 12, 6 down is 'between' each 2 doing up", and the menu by ones to 21 "to fully test the dynamics" — built as the menu; the attached at 13 and the eleven at 18 on the record. What the instrument finds: at the unit holds with the priors alive the sequence of events is the same at every speed from 12 to 21 (every flight shorter than half a tick, the order fixed by the holds), so 18 reads as 12 and as 21 do there; the pair A, B alone cycles in 2 + 2/v ticks, so its rate is v/(v + 1) and rises to the menu's end. The identifiers the house hears — coco's "2 locks 1", 12 + 6 = 18 = 36/2 beside his 36 by K (IC-C13), the five priors as five bits — are his to confirm; what 18 is to be on the record is his.

The fences: no physics — the two accesses' times are two readings of one page, no expansion rate, no tension, the visible universe and the big bang the externality's words and his; no claim over the prize; nothing of his prediction staked or graded; the prediction's record and the held conjecture's design cited by pin and never edited; the Hallway and the corner untouched; the geometry his word; the Ruler's K never stated, his K the eleventh seat, the prior of A to F; this face records nothing.
