The discipline. The Arrival-Direction tables carried an EMPTY
QUADRANT at every rung: the cell (D < 0, A > 0) was zero from 64
to 1024 — not one backward-heavier window ever arrived heavier than its single shuffled
null. This experiment registers that observation AS A UNIVERSAL LAW, in the
HO3/HF2 style — one window-draw counterexample refutes, and is the headline with its
window and draw pinned — and hardens it two ways beyond the single draws that exposed
it: THE ENSEMBLE (K = 16 fresh frozen draws per window, so the law faces
sixteen chances to fail per backward-heavy window) and NEW GROUND (a second family
of windows on the segment past the deepest measured cell of the whole program — line
territory no experiment has touched, its D values computed fresh under the registration).
THE CONTRAST CONTROL keeps the opposite quadrant honest: (D > 0,
A > 0) must remain populated, or the law would be about
lightness-everywhere and the record would say so plainly. BEFORE ANY LOOK: no
ensemble draw exists before registration; the only archived values consumed are public
single-draw tables, sign vectors, and one named row — determinism anchors. The
