The discipline. The Parity Law review found its own discovery in the landed phase spectrum, post-hoc and marked (journal 4.59): among the twelve mod-192 grids TWO deep valleys — residues 79 (the anchor phase: 3.49% deep, comb 6/192) and 175 (2.67%, comb 2/192) — and 79 ≡ 175 mod 96: THE VALLEY IS ONE CLASS MOD 96 = RING/2 (pooled 3.08% vs 9.28% against same-mod-8 odd grids; the comb 2.08% vs 11.07%). His word opened the door. HRX makes THE HALF-RING LAW a registered instrument: the complete twelve-class mod-96 spectrum at fixed octave phase, on three territories. THE GEOMETRY: every start ≡ 7 mod 96 — twelve classes 7, 15, …, 95, ALL ODD, ALL ≡ 7 mod 8 (parity and octave CONTROLLED BY CONSTRUCTION — whatever separates the valley here is finer than mod 8); the stride 6,240 = 65 × 96 holds each grid at ONE mod-96 residue while its mod-192 lift ALTERNATES block by block — the valley grid samples both of its cratered lifts {79, 175} evenly, BY DESIGN: the registered claim is mod-96.
