You have arrived at one instrument of the Objective Observer Initiative, on its observatory node. This experiment is closed: its record is sealed and the controls replay it.Start with the plain accountSee the map
The discipline. The operator’s six-frame stencil sheet — the registry progression of the integer line, the chirality of the turn, the externality’s blocked knight’s moves — made a registered instrument, and made STEPPABLE, his condition honoured. THE GROUND IS THE STENCIL’S OWN ALGEBRA: no line stream is read, ever — no prime-indicator cell is consumed, and nothing here instruments the operator’s prime reading (his own, carried fenced). THE TWO STARS, frozen: the ACT STAR (±2,±3)/(±3,±2) walks the frame’s points; the CONSTRAINT STAR (±1,±2)/(±2,±1) folds on the frame’s cells with the frozen edge mirror — the sheet’s own grey cells; the corner census is star-independent: 8 moves, 2 admitted, 6 blocked — OUT:IN = 3:1, his R₁ margin. THE FRAMES: N=10 (THE SHEET, the anchor), N=20, N=40 — the whole alphabet enumerated word by word. FULLY DETERMINISTIC — NO RNG, NO DRAWS, pure integer arithmetic. THE KNIVES (NO ALPHA EXISTS HERE — every knife an exact frozen identity or inequality, the anchor lineage; ALL LANDED EITHER WAY): HT1 THE STENCIL ANCHOR (frame 1 = the sheet, exactly) · HT2 THE CUT LAW (act-2 census = the closed form; on:off = k:(k−1)) · HT3 THE FOLD LAW (3:1 out:in; the mirror bit ON the diagonal; the linearity cells spared by the constraint star, touched by the act star) · HT4 THE REGISTER LADDER (d²−2s² = (−1)ⁿ; the over/under alternates) · HT5 THE QUARTER DESCENT (frame 3 — the risk knife, programme-fresh and publicly tabulated, disclosed: exact rational inequalities on the whole disc’s density; neither landing claims anything about π). The stepper below is ILLUSTRATIVE MACHINERY ONLY: the registered acts live in the engine; this page never runs them. The fail-safe: if a run’s response times out in the browser, the run continues on the server under its claim file — re-read the ladder rather than re-running. The labels: HT1–HT5 are experiment-local hypothesis tags of a computational experiment, ordinal labels only, nothing chemical.THE FIREWALL binds every panel: no claim on any Millennium Prize problem, ever; no claim about π’s normality — and no claim about π’s or √2’s own laws (their theorems stay the discipline’s; this page grows approximants and records acts); NO CLAIM OVER THE PRIME NUMBERS’ OWN LAWS, ever; no claim over machine learning’s own results, quantum computing, physical cosmology, quantum mechanics, consciousness, or phenomenal experience, ever. Acts, never eyes. The kin pages: /dlx · /djx · /fcx · /ezx · /glx · /pcx · /cex.
The stencil — step it through
The sheet live: pick a frame size and a word, then step act by act.
Each act draws the knight’s move; at every station the CONSTRAINT STAR’s
blocked moves FOLD at the frame edge onto their mirror cells (his grey cells) —
the doubled ghost, ON the diagonal, is THE MIRROR BIT; the one near-cell the fold
never touches is THE LINEARITY CELL (his green). The R₁ register banks out:in;
the √2 register advances one station per frame, its residue bit the corner bit
of the sheet.

The gate — honest acceptance
The observable, the protocol, the calibration witness, and the
ladder’s standing — derived from the engine’s own acceptance, never
asserted here.
The ladder — registrations, runs, and verdicts
One rung per FRAME (N=10 the sheet · N=20 · N=40; the whole
alphabet enumerated; seconds each). Frame 3 lands the descent knife and refuses
until frames 1 and 2 stand. The acts are the operator’s; the engine
refuses out-of-order acts.

The external anchor
A frame’s records to the immutable EXTERNAL record (mldata CKAN when
configured; the dummy-node fallback otherwise) — the archive record is the
citable object, never this host.
